BAProgram helped women rebuild their strength after surgery. But something deeper was stirring.
We realized: we don’t need another program telling women how to look better. We need a truth-telling, chain-breaking movement to help women heal — mentally, spiritually, and physically — and to remember who they really are.
You are not your body.
You are not your before and after.
You are an image bearer of the living God.
That truth changes everything.
So we’re starting fresh — building a new foundation of Christ-centered identity, community, and freedom. The program is being rewritten. The message is being reborn.
